Eastside Health & Wellness accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, Humana, United Healthcare (and affiliates), Healthy Blue, Homestate, Ambetter, and Cigna. 

Eastside Health & Wellness offers a wide range of services to include, but not limited too, primary care, women's health, walk-in acute/sick visits, many tests and screenings, employment physicals, and sports physicals. 

Eastside Health & Wellness welcomes all patients. There are discounted prices for uninsured patients that must be paid prior to being seen. Pricing tab is only for uninsured patients only. Although we do not have cash on the premises, we do accept debit, credit, or cash cards.

Eastside Health & Wellness is owned and operated by an experienced nurse practitioner, by the name of Nicole Hamilton. Nicole does have a local collaborating physician who is easily accessible if necessary.
